Katuki
Katuki, commonly known as Hellebore is widely cultivated in India because of it’s medicinal value. According to Ayurvedic textbooks, the herb helps in releasing bile and hence the name given. The plant is used in different combinations of medicine to treat numerous diseases. Dr.Varun Ram Raj of Ayurvedatarian uses the herb Katuki for the treatment of disorders involving vitiation of Pitta and Kapha doshas as the herb alleviates these doshas.
