Jatamansi

  Jatamamsi is an erect herb that mainly grows in Himalayan region. The herb is commonly known as Indian spike nard and have many therapeutic uses. Dr. Varun Ram Raj of Ayurvedatarian uses the herb Jatamamsi for the treatment diseases caused by the vitiation of Vata Kapha and Pitta doshas as the herb is Tridosha hara in nature.
